This HLCX unit may fool you into thinking it's an SD45. Unfortunatly, it's an SD40M-2.
I come to CSX to get away from NS Dash-9's and look what I find.
Just painted CSX GP40-2 6363 takes a spin on the turntable.
CEFX SD40-2 6935 is pulled onto the turntable. In case you're wondering, an SD40-2 and GP40-2 can fit on this turntable together.
November 2005
This interesting subject was found in the yard. It is lettered OHCR 9525.
October 2006
CSXT recently purchase NS's B40-8's. Four of them were in the yard today. Here are two, one in CR paint and one in NS paint.
Here's a third B40-8. The fourth was not photographable.
This shot of an RC platform shows a couple of Dash-7's in the deadline.
CSXT 4606 is an SD40.
This isn't a good shot, but I decided to take it anyway because of the SBD unit behind the cars.

There were about eight FURX SD40-2's at the Cumberland shop today.

CSXT 7322 was taken to the Cumberland shop instead of Huntington. She's the one that blew an air tank on the Keystone Sub.

This locomotive shop really isn't all that big. It is interesting though.
The turntable is where all the action is. There is usually something moving around here.
Behind the main building are lots of storage tracks. Notice the Conrail 7725 GP38 near the center of the photo. There are lots of old GE's and SD40-2's stored here today.
