Surprise! A two-axle scale test car and CR 23644 (N-8B). These cars were on the rear of NS 16G 2/14/03. On the front door of the caboose is "R5 Parkesburg." This is a Septa/Amtrak station on the Keystone Corridor. Do you know why this was on the caboose? |
